Riverchase Celebrates Back to School Week

Riverchase Celebrates Back to School Week

Our students enjoyed a great first week of school! The week began with Meet the Teacher Night on August 8, and students began class on Thursday, August 10.

Principal Pam Henderson, Assistant Principal LaTonda Cherry, and counselor Ronda Henry welcomed students at Meet the Teacher Night and celebrated this year's school theme "Game Changers" in front of a Mario Kart-themed balloon arch.

One of our pre-k students reminds us that "Eagles Arrive on Time." This year brought new school hours. School now starts at 7:30 AM and dismisses at 2:45 PM.

Students enjoy climbing, sliding, and balancing on Riverchase's brand new playground that was installed this summer. Teachers are having fun as well!

Multiple students play on a large playground under a clear blue sky.
